Pisonics today announced the official launch of Pisonics Cloud, its in-house industrial IoT platform, together with a companion mobile app and cloud-based remote connectivity for the desktop client. Customers can now view real-time readings, historical trends and alarms from their Pisonics online density/concentration meters anytime, anywhere — across web, phone and PC — for truly end-to-end "sensor-to-cloud" online monitoring.
One integrated monitoring platform
Pisonics Cloud securely connects on-site ultrasonic acoustic-impedance density meters, concentration meters and similar instruments to the cloud via 4G/DTU, offering:
- Device management with real-time data and historical trend curves;
- Threshold alarms and offline alerts, pushed the moment something goes wrong;
- Multi-account, role-based access (owner / agent / operator / viewer) for clear, accountable permissions;
- Cloud remote connection for the desktop client — engineers can configure devices, view live waveforms and run calibration without traveling to the site.
Available across devices
The web console is ready to use; the Android app is now available (real-time data, history curves, alarm push), with the iOS version coming soon, and the Windows desktop client now supports cloud remote access.
Data security & compliance
Data generated by devices belongs to the customer. Domestic data stays in China and overseas data stays abroad, in line with regional compliance; the platform retains no data without the customer's consent. For large enterprise groups, Pisonics Cloud also supports private (on-premises) deployment.
Broad applicability
The solution suits online slurry and liquid density/concentration monitoring across mining, power-plant flue-gas treatment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, new energy, municipal water, dredging and more.
