Abrasive bubbly slurry → ultrasonic acoustic impedance (PS7000). Clean liquid → ultrasonic sound velocity, tuning fork or Coriolis. Opaque water-bearing slurry → microwave. Multi-component analysis → spectroscopic.

By accuracy

Lab-grade ±0.0005 g/cm³ → ultrasonic sound velocity (PS7020). Process-grade ±0.001 g/cm³ → tuning fork or Coriolis. Field-grade ±1% FS → ultrasonic slurry, microwave, gamma. Tank gauging → DP.

By constraint

No drilling / hot tapping → ultrasonic acoustic attenuation clamp-on (PS7010) or gamma clamp-on (PS7500). Sanitary CIP/SIP → ultrasonic sound velocity (PS7020) or Coriolis with Tri-Clamp. Hazardous area → ExdⅡCT6Gb available across the catalog.

By measurement principle

Sound waves through the medium — three sub-methods covering the full slurry-to-clean-liquid range. Acoustic impedance (PS7000) handles abrasive bubbly slurries; acoustic attenuation (PS7010) supports clamp-on no-cut installation; sound velocity (PS7020) delivers ±0.0005 g/cm³ on clean liquids.

Piezo-driven fork resonating in the liquid — frequency tracks density, with PT1000 temperature compensation. No moving mechanical parts, no electrodes, no consumables. Six installation accessories cover pipeline, tank-top and side-mount applications.

Coriolis-effect vibrating tube — pure-frequency density measurement, no zero or span drift, long-term stable. Two body styles: triangular bent tube (PS7210) for general industrial use, straight tube (PS7220) for high-viscosity (≤ 20000 cP) or solids-laden liquids.

Two distinct optical methods. Spectroscopic (PS7100): UV-Vis-NIR LED array + Beer-Lambert absorption, multi-component identification, no reagents. Refractive index (PS7110): sapphire prism + CCD critical-angle detection, immune to color, turbidity, bubbles and particles.
